Postage for US only orders will be calculated after all items are added to your cart by clicking the "calculate shipping" link underneath your cart total. We also ship internationally. Presently, we only ship internationally to Canada, Mexico, Australia, & Spain. However, if you are interested in shipping to any other countries other than these aforementioned countries, please reach out to Customer Service for your inquiry.

You can expect to receive your item(s) within 7 to 14 business days. In many cases, you may receive your details in just 3 or 4 business days. Much depends on our inventory on hand at any given time with our suppliers. We ship mainly UPS for most items on the website; however, some of our brands we advertise use USPS as a method of shipping.
We guarantee the quality of every item we sell. We want you to be completely satisfied with your items. If an item is defective or incorrect, we will gladly exchange it for you. If you are not happy with your item, for any reason, we will exchange the item, but because we are an eCommerce only store, and that we keep no inventory on hand, we are at the mercy of our wholesalers and distributors most of them, if not all of our wholesalers and distributors will allow exchanges only. There is a 15% restocking fee with all returns. The cost of return shipping to and from is the sole responsibility of the customer. All boot sales come with one free size or style exchange ( the customer will pay the difference if applicable for styles that cost more ). Hondo Boots is not subject to this policy. 1. ALL ITEMS MUST INCLUDE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND HAVE ALL TAGS and Labels ATTACHED! If you remove the tags or labels we simply cannot accept a return or exchange of the item. No exceptions to this policy so PLEASE try on your item with the tags and labels attached.
2. Any item returned must be in new, unworn, unwashed, original condition. We are strict on this point. Plastic packaging must be included.
3. All exchanges will incur additional postage which must be paid by the customer prior to exchanged item being re-shipped to the customer. All items must be returned within 10 days from the date of receipt (this includes weekend and holidays as days counted towards those 10 days) (shipping charges are not refundable).(All orders shipped in December will have until January 15th to make exchanges.
